Repo Types & Formats

A big feature of OpenSquiggly is the ability to bring in content, namely source code files and documentation from external Git repositories. Our aim is to provide a flexible, lightweight process tool that puts you in control of how you want to arrange and format your content. OpenSquiggly provides you with a document access tool, stopping short of imposing any particular workflows on you.

Mounting Public Repos

When we say a "public repository" we mean to say a repository that can be connected and cloned anonymously, without specifying any user name, password, or access token credentials.

Mounting Private Repos

Private repositories are repositories that require some type of authentication credentials in order to clone.
